Effective Date: May 19, 2026
To faithfully execute the mandates entrusted to us by our clients, we exercise due care as a prudent manager, prioritizing LP interests in compliance with relevant laws and fund agreements.
We establish and execute operational policies across all stages of investment and routinely monitor portfolio companies to enhance their mid-to-long-term corporate value.
We establish and publicly disclose clear policies to resolve potential conflicts of interest arising while executing fiduciary duties.
Through internal control regulations, we identify, evaluate, and manage conflict factors among investors, funds, and executives.
We consistently track and review portfolio companies' operations, formalizing this through quarterly firm-wide review sessions.
We actively assign investment professionals to portfolio company boards for real-time monitoring and growth strategy execution.
We pursue mid-to-long-term growth of portfolio companies and build mutual consensus on material issues.
We strictly observe the Capital Markets Act prohibition on use of material non-public information.
We adhere to a robust voting policy, proactively exercising voting rights on shares held in portfolio companies.
Given the proprietary nature of PE, granular company-specific voting records will not be published on our public website.
We submit fiduciary performance records to investors monthly, quarterly, and semi-annually, and host formal investor meetings twice a year.
We have established a culture of rigorous peer discussion, tailored training, and participation in external educational programs.
